It smelled like smoke! It was dirty. There was no water pressure in the shower. I could hear the people walking around on the upper floor so much that it kept me awake. I could hear everything!

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and overall pretty quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the hall with the door closed. Breakfast had a good selection of proteins, carbs, and grains. We will book with this chain again in the future.

The person in the room above us had very heavy steps. It would have been nice to have greater sound proofing between floors.
